One year, we were having a huge problem with entrances, especially with the Star Spangled Banner...everyone was afraid to come in because they didn't want to be the only one. I ended up calling them a bunch of lemmings and told them that we just needed one person to jump first and everyone would follow...it worked. For a few years, lemmings were a very big thing around the band room. Not so much now.
