The Board honored NTPS Executive Director of Student Achievement Sarah Rich for her outstanding service. Sarah builds strong relationships with colleagues and always has a positive, solution-seeking approach when leading projects, such as the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Reading (MTSS-R) study.
