Meet details:

1. Friday, March 5th
2. Location: Rainier Vista Park DIRECTIONS
3. Athletes arrive 2:30PM
4. There will be no district transportation provided to this meet.
5. Girls Varsity/JV race: 3:30PM; Boys Varsity/JV 4:15
6. Tent will be near the corner of the main parking lot near the softball fields.
7. The course will be a 5K. Here is the map.
8. Course is 70% pavement, 29% grass, 1% "rugged tree canopy."
9. Athletes responsible for: 
   • Uniform (including jacket and pants)
   • Appropriate footwear
   • Racing shoes optional--no spikes on our home course
   • Extra layers for warmth. The more purple, the better. No green, blue or red should be visible. Especially green.
   • Bring your own water, post-race food, etc.
   • Bring a towel. Extras socks and shoes to change into are also recommended.
   • Please see the Team Handbook for much great detail.
10. All the bathrooms should now be open at Rainier Vista Park. 
11. Water/Gatorade will not be provided at the finish; athletes need to bring their own hydration. The water faucets were off as of Tuesday.
12. Remember: Rainier Vista is a public park so be careful for random dog walkers, pedestrians, etc.
