Mountain View's Walking School Bus

Mountain View Elementary brought together students, staff, family and community volunteers, and Lacey police officers for a fun and safe walk to school the morning of March 9, 2022. Four walking school buses departed from local neighborhoods and were welcomed to school with music, treats, and warm drinks. Thank you to all of the volunteers who made this event a success! And a very special shout-out to Mountain View PE Teacher, Karen Steen, for organizing this fantastic event!
