1/14/22: For Bus Riders Only - Transportation Notification Issues
Families that use Verizon and Cricket as their mobile phone provider are experiencing issues with receiving text message notifications sent out via our Smart-Tag system, and it is causing confusion as to what bus routes are delayed or cancelled. As a workaround, we are sending all Smart-Tag notifications out via email for all families until the issue is resolved.
Attached is the current list of routes that have been cancelled today, January 14, 2022. Please check your Smart-Tag Parent Portal to make sure you know what routes your student uses and make alternative arrangements for their transportation. Remember to contact your school office with your plans to switch to parent-pickup.
We apologize for the serious inconvenience that this is causing all NTPS families, and thank you for your patience help in getting your student to/from school.
