  • Remote Volunteering Pen Pals Project

Meadows Elementary students and volunteers are staying connected through the challenges of 2020 by writing letters to one another as Pen Pals. Beginning in June as a way for volunteers to remotely support the school community, a total of 25 pen pals began exchanging cards, letters, and drawings every week or two. Over 150 letters have been exchanged in the 4 months since, and the project is expanding soon to Lydia Hawk! See more about pen pals here >>

  • Lacey Lions Serve at Health Screenings

Thank you to all three Lacey Lions Clubs for helping at our elementary and middle school health screenings this fall. We appreciate your commitment to serve NTPS schools through this activity each year. Thank you also to the many parent and community volunteers who stepped in to help with the busy days of screening activities. Together they served over 600 hours across 18 schools!
