Homeschool Declaration Process
A family who wishes to have their student receive home-based instruction (homeschool) instead of attending an NTPS school, approved private school, or an extension program of an approved private school, must file an annual declaration of intent to do so using the Intent to Provide Home-Based Instruction form below. The form must be returned by September 15 every year to the office at Ignite Family Academy.
Intent to Provide Home-Based Instruction
Filling out this form does not enroll your child at Ignite Family Academy.
