High School Stabilization Program
Soldiers can request assignment stabilization for their high school student's 11th & 12th grade years. Request stabilization using DA Form 4187 (PDF download) between March of your student's 9th grade year and September of their 10th grade year. The program is to provide stability to Soldiers with Family members in their junior and senior years of high school. US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) will, to the maximum extent possible, approve stabilization requests and should not place Soldiers on assignment with report dates prior to the stabilization termination date.
