About Our School Board
-
The North Thurston Public Schools Board of Directors is the primary policymaking body for the public schools of Lacey and the surrounding northeastern Thurston County community. Members of the North Thurston Public Schools Board of Directors must live in one of the five director districts and are elected to four-year terms.
Board meetings are generally held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are held in the Board Room of the NTPS Administrative Center, 305 College Street NE, or at a school. Please check the calendar for the Board meetings scheduled during the current school year.
The public is encouraged to attend all Board meetings. Copies of the agenda are available at each meeting. Minutes of the meetings are public record and are available for review at the Superintendent's Office, and on our website.
