Professional Biography

I am so incredibly excited to start the new year! Although our learning may be on different platforms, I know that this year will be filled with learning and fun.

This will be my first year of teaching at Chambers Prairie Elementary! I was born in South Korea and moved to the United States when I was around three years old. I lived in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois for the majority of my life and went to school at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. When not in the classroom, I enjoy searching for good eats and cooking different foods. During my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and reading books! As we move forward in our virtual learning environment, I hope to grow and learn more about you and your child. Although this year is a new environment for all of us, I will work my hardest to help our students learn and grow!
