Suzanne Keegan

Professional Biography

  • I graduated from Central Washington University with a BA in Early Childhood Education. My first teaching experience was straight from my student teaching in Central Kitsap School District. After five years teaching in Central Kitsap, I moved to the Tri-Cities in Eastern Washington and taught three years. Port Angeles School District was my next teaching stop spending 15 years teaching elementary education as well as earning my Masters in Teaching with an Emphasis on Teacher Leadership from Grand Canyon University. While in Port Angeles, I was awarded the Sterling Bank Teacher of the Month in May, 2013. I also achieved my National Board Certification as an Elementary Generalist. Moving back home to Olympia, I am excited to teach your children at Chambers Prairie and have been here for two years.
