Dannielle Ritacco

Professional Biography

  • I completed my Bachelors of Science in Education Philosophy at the University of Oregon (Go DUCKS!) with minors in Music and Special Education in 2009. I completed my Masters of Arts in Elementary Education in 2011. For my student teaching I taught 5th grade at Marshall Elementary School in Marysville, WA. I spent five years substituting in multiple districts in Snohomish County and most recently in the North Thurston School District. 2015-2016 I spent half of the year running the SCALS Program at South Bay Elementary School and the second half of the year teaching Kindergarten. I was hired in 2016 to teach 1st grade at Woodland Elementary School. Starting in 2020 I am now teaching 1st grade at my neighborhood school Evergreen Forest!
    I have also been a member of the Washington Air National Guard since 2005. I am currently a Master Sergeant (E7) assigned to the 225th Air Defence Squadron at McChord AFB as an instructor for Air Surveillance Technitions.

    • 12:30 to end of day will be very child specific. This is a time for independent work,  SPED services, and student/family support time. At this time you may call or email to ask for my assistance with anything you may need.   

    *Your child will receive their own small group schedule and they may be attending small group with a different instructor. Small groups will be 1-2 days a week depending on your child's needs.
