Professional Biography

  • Welcome to Third Grade!

Here is a bit about me:

I graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis on learning and memory. Later I continued my education at Antioch University in Seattle and earned a Masters of Education.

My teaching career began in the Bellevue School District. There I taught both Kindergarten and First Grade. After 10 years in the big city, I decided to leave the congested area. I'm thrilled to be teaching at Evergreen Forest Elementary with a wonderful, professional community of educators!

In my free time I enjoy running, yoga, reading, house projects, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends.
