Taylor Wolden

Professional Biography

  • Raised in Olympia and graduating from Olympia High School in 2004, I am returning to the area after working several years in Steilacoom and the Kent School District.  I am so excited to be apart of the North Thurston community through Evergreen Forest!  I received my B.A. at the University of Washington majoring in Law, Societies and Justice and minoring in Music.  I earned my Masters in Teaching at Northwest University.
I love playing the piano, guitar, and viola when I have some free time - which is few and far between since my son Grayson came along in March 2015.  I love going on walks, watching tv series on repeat, journaling, snacking and sleeping, and reading!  My husband and I spend a lot of time perusing the shelves in Barnes and Noble and then making a stop to Coldstone Creamery afterwards!
I am pleased to have the opportunity to be your teacher for the 2018-2019 school year.  Students will achieve much this year in terms of academic growth, greater self-confidence, and improved social skills.  Please don't hesitate to email or call me with any questions you may have throughout the school year.  I am excited about the wonderful possibilities for learning that await my class!
