Professional Biography

I graduated from Timberline High School in 1992. From there I attended Washington State University fall of 92 through spring of 94. During the summer of 94 I transferred to Western Washington University in Bellingham where I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Cultural Studies with an emphasis in Political Science and Philosophy. While in Bellingham I coached basketball at Bellingham High School for two years, and Whatcom Community College for four years. After finishing my undergraduate degree I worked with the Whatcom Community College, and the Lynden Public School District before returning to Western for graduate school in the fall of 98. I received my Master of Education Degree and Washington State Teachers Certificate in the spring of 2000. Upon returning to Lacey I began teaching at Timberline in the fall of 2000.I currently teach Civics, U.S. History, Sociology, and serve as the Annual Advisor.
