Professional Biography

  • This is Madame Erin Feltman’s fifteenth year teaching French and her eighth at Timberline.  Previously, she has taught French at River Ridge HS, Puyallup HS, and Enloe HS in Raleigh, NC.

Mme Feltman has been learning and speaking French for more than twenty years. She graduated from Swarthmore College (a liberal arts school outside of Philadelphia) in 2006 with a major in French and a minor in Education. During that time, she lived and studied for a semester in Grenoble, France. Mme Feltman has also worked for sixteen years as a camp counselor and French teacher at Concordia Language Villages, a French camp in northern Minnesota. In 2013, Mme earned her National Board Teacher certification.  She loves teaching French because of the opportunity to be creative and learn about new cultures, and is excited to meet students and learn together this school year.
