Originally from Oregon, where I graduated from Oregon State University, I moved to the Olympia area in 2006.  I have over 16 years of teaching experience in Oregon and Washington.  Teaching  intermediate grades (4th, 5th) is my favorite!  I am excited to be part of the 5th grade teaching team at Woodland.  Fifth graders will be learning and growing leaps and bounds this year!

Go to www.scholastic.com.  Click on the box for PARENTS, then select Reading Clubs. You will need to register.   Then you may browse any book order and book level, adding to your cart as you wish.  ALL ORDERS ARE COMPLETED ONLINE.  Do Not send cash or check to school.

Books will be delivered to the classroom and sent home with your child.  

Need GIFT IDEAS???  Order books!!  When the order comes in, I find each student's order when they are not in the classroom.  If you'd like me to set it aside and get it to you without them knowing, we can arrange it!

Last, our PTA sponsors a Book Fair at each conference time.  Proceeds benefit our school.  Keep this in mind when you come to conferences.
