Wow!! We had an amazing FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX participants in our 2017 Hydrate for Health Challenge! This 30-day challenge requires that participants try to drink at least 64 oz. of water daily for at least 21 out of the 30 days! This can be very challenging for classroom staff who need to remain in the classroom most of their day! Great job to everyone who worked hard and improved their water consumption last month! I hope this helped to create (or get back to) a great daily habit that can have a huge impact on our overall wellness.
