Peachjar Flyer Distribution

North Thurston Public Schools works with non-profit community organizations, government entities, and each school's individual clubs & organizations to provide information to families about services and events by distributing flyers. We utilize a service called Peachjar to distribute flyers via email and on the Peachjar website.

NTPS Families: You are already subscribed to the service with the email address you provided to the school. You can manage your subscription (including unsubscribing) by visiting Peachjar.com. See more information on family use of Peachjar on the Family Tech Tools page.

How to Submit a Flyer

We accept two types of flyers for distribution:

Local, non-profit organizations (per-school distribution fee)
School-Parent organizations like boosters, PTA, etc. (free distribution for school-sponsored events)

All flyer submissions are subject to NTPS staff approval and must follow the flyer guidelines as well as the distribution of materials guidelines in Policy 4321 and Procedure 4321P. Questions? Email NTPS Communications at communications@nthurston.k12.wa.us

Local Community Event Flyers

Local community organizations may submit their event and promotional flyers for distribution to NTPS families via Peachjar for a fee. Approval of flyers is based on the flyer approval guidelines. Please allow up to 5 business days for approval.

Register with Peachjar as an Enrichment Provider
Select desired schools
Upload your flyer to Peachjar for approval

School-Sponsored Event Flyers

School-sponsored organizations promoting school-sponsored events/school announcements are distributed to their school community for free.

School-sponsored event organizations

Parent-teacher organizations (PTA, PTO, PATS, PTSA, etc.)
North Thurston Education Foundation
School booster clubs
School-approved student clubs
School athletics teams

All other flyers, including flyers from the above organizations that are not school-sponsored, must submit their flyers for district approval through Peachjar and pay a fee.

Flyer approval guidelines

The District does not endorse or recommend any program or event. Flyers are evaluated for approval by district staff. See more details about our distribution of materials in Policy 4321 and Procedure 4321P.

Submission to Peachjar for distribution are considered only when the following have been met:

Programs and events are held within Thurston County.
The sponsor is a not-for-profit organization 501(c) or state nonprofit (must have documentation).
Events are youth-related or related to youth education.
If there is a cost associated, financial aid options are displayed and clearly explained for those who cannot afford the services.
The sponsoring organization’s name and contact information is clearly displayed.
School names are included only as part of the location information for those events which are held in District schools. A flyer should not imply that because an event is held at a school that the event is endorsed by the school or district.

The sponsoring organization and participants agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the District, its board of directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses or rights of action, directly or indirectly attributed to the organization, or its program, personnel, and activities. Permission to distribute this flyer should not be considered an endorsement or recommendation of the program by the District.
