Coordinated Entry Coordinated Entry is the centralized point of access and referrals for ALL publicly-funded homeless housing and shelter programs. People who call coordinated entry will receive an assessment and be placed on waiting lists that are prioritized by vulnerability rather than first-come, first-serve. This coordinated entry hotline receives a high volume of calls. Callers should not expect that someone will always be available to answer the phone. Callers will be routed to Community Youth Services (CYS), Olympia Mutual Aid Partners (OlyMAP), and Family Support Center of South Sound (FSCSS). |
