Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)
The USDA's Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) allows qualifying schools to serve free breakfast and lunch to all students. There are seven (7) schools in our district that meet the requirements for CEP.
If your student attends:
- Chambers Prairie Elementary
- Envision Career Academy
- Lacey Elementary
- Lydia Hawk Elementary
- Mountain View Elementary
- Nisqually Middle School
- Pleasant Glade Elementary
These are CEP schools where all students receive a nutritious FREE breakfast and lunch. Learn more from the US Department of Agriculture: https://www.fns.usda.gov/cn/community-eligibility-provision
Family Income Survey
Please complete a Family Income Survey. Because our CEP schools don't require a Free & Reduced Lunch application and state and federal funding for learning programs such as Learning Assistance Program (LAP) are tied to the data collected from these applications, OSPI has provided us with forms to collect this information and ensure these programs continue to receive funding.
Download and fill out the Family Income Survey form.
Want ASB fees waived? Fill out the Info Release for Fee Reduction form in Skyward for each student in addition to this income survey and if you are below a certain level, your ASB fees will be waived. More info at the bottom of this page >>
