Senior Ad Information

  • Senior Ads (priority deadline) are due on the 5th of February 2024.  Complete the Google Form linked below to begin the process. Once the ad is complete, we will email you with a link to a shared Google Drive folder for you to upload photos for the ad (or your completed ad if you are creating it yourself). If you are creating your ad, we would appreciate one of the following file formats: PowerPoint, Google Slide, Publisher, PDF, JPG, JPEG, or InDesign file.

    Here is a checklist of things to consider when completing your Senior Ad process:

    • Collect photos you would like to include (digitize them if needed)
    • Prepare the message you would like to include in the ad
    • Create a folder to keep the ad message and photos together

    Then

    • Complete and Submit the Ad Contract form (payment link and instructions included with form). Senior Ad Contract Google Form
    • Upload photos (or completed ad) to the shared folder.
    • Confirm receipt of ad proof and approve for final submission.

    You will receive a confirmation email that includes a drive folder for you to upload images. Then, when your ad is complete, you will receive a proof of the ad for final approval prior to the ad being placed in the book.

    • 1/4 Page: $65.00
    • 1/2 page: $125.00
    • Full page: $245.00
