    IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

    >> Please note that these are FINAL deadlines. Shortly after the deadlines, the pages that have senior contents will be submitted, and we won't be able to retrieve them. So please, make sure to turn in anything by the deadline.

    >> The yearbook staff will NOT accept late submissions. No Exceptions! Please make sure to plan ahead.

    >> If a submitted picture is not approved, the student will be informed (by the Senior Manager, who is a yearbook student) and will have until 12/15/2023 to submit a second picture.

    >> If the second picture submitted also does not follow the requirements, it will not be used and the school portrait will be used. If the student does not have a school portrait, the student will be included in the "not pictured list".

    >> If you do not hear from the Yearbook Staff in regards to your picture, assume it's been approved. You're welcome to check if your picture has been approved.

    >> The earlier the senior picture is submitted, the more time the student will have to submit a second one, in the event the first picture is not approved.

    >> If your quote is not approved and you are given a second chance, you will receive a notification email (by the Senior Manager, which is a yearbook student), and will be given one last opportunity to submit your second quote by 12/15/2023. If the second quote is still not approved, the senior will not have a quote.

    >> If you want to have a picture with your pets, your car, and/or props, we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase a senior ad and have all your favorite pictures there. ALL PICTURES WILL BE CROPPED TO HEAD & SHOULDER SHOT.

    >> It’s the students' responsibility to check their email for notifications about yearbook submissions and to resubmit by the deadline.

Yearbook staff reserve the right to edit, omit or ask for a different submission to anything submitted, IF time allows, and/or does not meet any of the above requirements. No Additional Time Extensions will be given.  Suggested submitting your items earlier to guarantee approval and save on last minute rejection of image or information.

    >> THE NTHS YEARBOOK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EDIT, NOT APPROVE OR OMIT WITHOUT NOTICE.  IF YOU AREN’T SURE WHETHER WHAT YOU ARE SUBMITTING WILL BE APPROVED OR IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, CONTACT US BEFORE THE DUE DATE. SINCE THE YEARBOOK REFLECTS OUR COMMUNITY, SUBMISSIONS MUST BE SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY APPROPRIATE ACCORDING TO NORTH THURSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS POLICIES.

    >> FOR QUESTIONS EMAIL US AT NTHSYEARBOOK@STU.NTHURSTON.K12.WA.US. Allow 48h to hear back from us.
