ADVANCED PLACEMENT
Test Registration Information for May 2021 AP Tests
Starting October 5th through November 6th your student can register and pay for their AP exam(s). Registering for an exam consists three steps, which include registering on the College Board website, paying online through the THS payment portal and filling out an Exit Form. All of this information is included in the video below.

- Late exams may be ordered between November 6 and March 5 however there will be a $40 late fee for each test ordered
- Cancellation fees have been waived for this school-year

SAT/ACT
COVID 19 SAT/ACT Information:
Test results for SAT/ACT are not required for fall 2022 college admission in any Washington State colleges or universities.
For information regarding out-of-state college admissions requirements, please visit the college's website.

PSAT
Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test
The PSAT/NMSQT is a test that helps to prepare you for the SAT. It also is the qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarship when taken in the junior year.
Many colleges/universities are no longer requiring the SAT/ACT as part of the application process. You will want to check with the school you are interested in applying to for verification of what is needed.

- Cost: Juniors - free; Sophomores - $18 (pay in the payment portal and take your receipt to Ms. Garraway to get on the list)
- How to sign up: Talk to Mrs. Garraway in the counseling center to get on the test list and receive a study guide. Space is limited, so sign up early to reserve a seat!

ASVAB
Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery
Test Date:TBDThe ASVAB is a timed multi-aptitude test battery which helps students identify their skills and competencies. It is recognized as one of the best career/vocational tests in the nation. This test is just one part of the ASVAB Career Exploration Program. Students are given the opportunity and directions to complete the entire program when they attend their test score interpretation session two to three weeks after taking the test. The results help students match up their skills, competencies and interests with career opportunities. It is also required for those students interested in enlisting in the Armed Forces. Students are in no way obligated to the Military by taking the ASVAB. The ASVAB is administered twice a year.ASVAB test prep
