Jill Morse

Professional Biography

  • Hello!
This is my fourth year teaching preschool at Seven Oaks Elementary. I started my teaching career in Costa Rica at a private international school where I taught preschool-12th grade girls PE and coached volleyball, basketball, and soccer. Upon returning to the U.S. I taught a K-2 self-contained functional academics class, before teaching 1st grade for a year. I was a stay-at-home mom for 13 years, occasionally working part-time jobs while my kids were in school. I worked at Sylvan Learning Center, Learn and Grow Montessori (ages 2 1/2 - 6), and was owner/teacher at Successful Minds Tutoring where I taught preschoolers how to read using the Montessori reading program.
I have my Bachelors from Western Washington University in Elementary Education and Special Education with an endorsement in Physical Education. My Masters is from City University in Educational Technology.
