I moved to Washington State from Virginia in 2013 and began teaching science at Chinook Middle School in 2014.  In 2016, I began teaching CTE/STEM Forensics and Veterinary Science.  In the spring of 2018, I decided to teach CTE full-time. I have a 2018 River Ridge graduate and I'm very excited to be a part of the Hawks family.  I graduated from Longwood University (Farmville, Virginia) with my Bachelor of Science in Biology with focuses in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.  I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond, Virginia) with my Masters in Teaching Secondary Science. Prior to teaching, I worked in the biotechnology industry for 6 years and honorably served in the United States Navy for 6 years.
