This course is part of the educational process that aims to improve human performance through physical activities.  This includes the acquisition and refinement of motor skills, the development and maintenance of fitness for optimal health and well-being, the attainment of knowledge, and the growth of positive attitudes toward physical activity conducive to lifelong learning and participation.  Students will participate in a variety of activities including indoor and outdoor sports, aerobics, swimming, and weight training.
