    In Enduroburn we focus on low weight, high rep lifting. This class will help elongate muscles and tone all major muscle groups. We also incorporate cardio, yoga, and stretching into the cycle of workouts to provide a well-rounded scope of fitness activities. This class is not for the faint of heart, this is an intense course that requires participants to work hard.
