Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:00pmThe center stores & maintains archives of records of students who have withdrawn or graduated. Diplomas are commonly at the school for one year after graduation and then sent to Archives & Records for storage. Parents, students, and/or requesting schools/organizations should contact the students school for records if they are active and archives if they have withdrawn/graduated. During all school breaks, contact Archives & Records.NOTE for Grades Kindergarten — 8th: Transcript requests are only necessary for withdrawn/graduated students who have attended high school or earned high school credit and need them for post-secondary education or career needs. For all other withdrawn student records, please email the Archives Department.

For all online payments, please email transcript request form along with a copy of ID and indicate online payment. Once payment is verified, the request will be processed.
