There are four choirs offered at NTHS:

Chorus: non-auditioned treble choir

Symphonic Choir: non-auditioned mixed choir

Concert Chorale: auditioned mixed choir

Jazz Choir: auditioned mixed choir

Professional Biography

Mrs. Van Zee graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor's in Music Education, emphasizing in Choral Music. This will be her 8th year teaching in the North Thurston School District. She is very excited to continue the success of the choral program at North Thurston High School. When she is not in the classroom she enjoys spending time with her toddler, rock climbing, biking, golfing, hiking, soccer, and being outside.
