Request stabilization using DA Form 4187 (PDF download) between March of your student's 9th grade year and September of their 10th grade year. Free and confidential nonmedical counseling is available to service members, Department of Defense expeditionary civilians, their families and survivors. Child & youth behavioral counselors are available to support children and youth up to age 18. They also offer guidance to families, staff, and support personnel.
