The Cairn

History:

Timberline High School's yearbook has been named "Cairn" since its inaugural volume in 1970-71.  Students on the first yearbook staff chose the name to represent and mark the accomplishments of Timberline students.

"Cairn is defined as a cone shaped mass of rock, built as a landmark or monument.  Our Cairn is a landmark marking the trail blazed by the students of Timberline throughout the year."
                                         ** 1970-71 Annual Staff  **

Staff:  The annual staff is comprised of students in the 10th through 12th grade.
Advisor: Jason Bush.

Please note, annuals have sold out in years past. In order to ensure that your student receives an annual should they desire one, orders need to be placed and payments received by the duedate.  We order a limited number of books to sell at the end of the year, and the price of those books is higher than books that are pre-ordered and paid for.

For seniors and senior parents, due to press deadlines we must meet it is imperative that senior photos and ads are in by the above deadlines.  Senior photo requirements are that the photo be no more than 3.5 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide (standard wallet).  We request that if possible, you submit photos in digital format saved as a .jpeg with the resolution set at300dpi.  If no photo is turned in we will use the registration photo taken at the beginning of the school year.  Here is a list of photographers that we have worked with in the past that submit digital photos as a service to you and the school:  A Smile Like Yours Photography, Alison Merten Photography, BostonHarbor Photography, DelLaCruz Photography, Fitz Gerald’s Photography,Heartprints Photography, Josie Photographics, Mary Hasken Photography, PrestigePortraits by Lifetouch, and Taylor Made Photography.
