  • Kindergarten Registration begins on April 21, 2014 from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm each day.

    Evergreen Forest is currently accepting Kindergarten registration for the 2014-2015 school year. Our school office will be open for registration through the last day of this school year and the week before the beginning of the next school year. Please share these dates and times with any community members who may have little ones who will join us next year. Children must be at least five years of age by August 31. Please bring a birth certificate and immunization record for registration

  • School-wide science fair promotes inquiry, research

    Students recently put their scientific minds to work at the school’s annual K-6 science fair. “It’s a lot of work for students who chose to participate but they take such pride in sharing their projects with other students, staff and families,” said Science Fair Coordinator Michelle Oas. 136 students participated in the Science Fair and projects were diverse and complex, ranging from active volcano models to testing metals for rust and even creating a worm bin.   • Nisqually Indian Tribe Awards Grant to Evergreen Forest

    Evergreen Forest Elementary has received a $10,000 grant from the Nisqually Indian Tribe 2013 Charitable Fund. The grant award will be used to provide supplemental reading, writing and math curriculum technology purchases, and much needed school and office supplies for students and staff. We are grateful to the Nisqually Tribe for their generous support.
