As a new employee, you will need to navigate through The A, B, C’s for New Employees link for information regarding new employee processing. Next, print the NewEmployee A, B, C’s Checklist, and then proceed to the forms and downloads page to print out the required forms. Human Resources will contact you to confirm your offer of employment and request your hiring documents and forms. Upon notification bring your completed new hire paperwork into Human Resources for processing, at that time a staff member will take your photograph for your identification badge.
You will receive a separate communication from Human Resources with your login and access information to our Safe Schools training. This training is found on the District homepage under “Staff Resources”. If you have recently completed this training through Sub Services within the last twelve months please notify our office when you submit your paperwork.
Please note: If you have not been fingerprinted within the last (24) months, proof that you have begun the fingerprint/background check investigation process must be on file with Human Resources prior to beginning your employment. (Please provide us with a receipt from Educational Service District 113.) All employment is considered temporary until completion of a satisfactory background check has been received by HumanResources.
