This is my fifth year of teaching and my third year at South Sound High School (SSHS).  Prior to becoming a Business Education Teacher, I worked for the state of Washington for 14 years.  In 2005, I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Central Washington University.  In addition to teaching at the high school level, I have also taught computer classes at the community college level.  Helping students become proficient with software and helping to prepare them for the world of work are some of my chief goals.  At this time I teach Grad Project Advisory, Micro-Computer Applications, Business English and Career Choices (which includes helping students prepare and deliver their senior presentations).  I also serve as the Work-Based Learning Coordinator for SSHS, where students who have jobs can receive credit for their work.
