1st Grade Supply List – South Bay
- Book bag/back pack, large enough for folder (with student’s name)
- 3 ring binder – 1” or 2”
- 2 large pink eraser,
- Crayons (box of 8 or 16)
- Fiskars--metal scissors with plastic handle and metal cutting blades
- Box for supplies (a cigar type box works best as it fits in the desk well)
- 2 Boxes of wet wipes
- 1 Box of tissue
- 2 bottles of hand sanitizer
- 4 Folders with pockets and brads (with name on each one)
- 1 Box plain yellow pencils (#2 soft lead – sharpened – Ticonderoga brand preferred)
- 8-color watercolor kit and brush(with student’s name)
- 10-pak of Caprisun or other pkg of juice box for emergency supply kits
- Comfort kit for emergency supply kits (optional)
Please do not bring …Rulers-Markers-Pens- or Mechanical Pencils
Some supplies will need to be replenished during the school year. Be sure to have your child's name on supplies and belongings.

- 24 plain yellow pencils (#2, sharpened, Ticonderoga preferred) The class will share these.
- 1 Box of Crayola Crayons
- 1 Spiral notebook, wide ruled
- Supply Box (no larger than 12" x 7")
- 1 Set of Colored Pencils Sharpened

- 1 - 4oz. Elmer's White Glue-All (no colored glue or gel)
- 3 Folders (No binders please, as they will not fit in the desk)
- 3 Solid Glue Sticks (dries clear)
- 1 box of baby wipes

- 10-pak of Caprisun or other pkg of juice box for emergency supply kits
- Comfort kit for emergency supply kits (optional)

- 24 pencils with #2 lead (do not write student’s name on pencils)
- Wide-lined notebook paper (No spiral or gummed notebooks!)
- Bottle of Elmer's glue-all (4 ounce size, white only)
- Crayons (no more than 48)
- Colored pencils
- Red ink pen
- 12" ruler with centimeters also
- 2 pink pearl erasers
- 1 big box of Kleenex
- 3 folders of different colors
- An 8 or 10 pack of snack crackers (NO peanuts in ingredient list ~ for emergency supply kits)

Your child does not need a box for supplies -- we have tubs for supplies. Please make sure all supplies, coats, backpacks, etc. are clearly labeled.

4 boxes of CRAYOLA crayons 8, 16 or 24 count
(regular size, no jumbo, no florescent, not “washable”)
2 medium bottle (4oz) Elmer’s Glue All
(no gel or “school” glue or gel sticks)
2 boxes of Wet Wipes or wet wipe refill package
1 box of tissues
If your child’s last name starts with:
A-H – paper plates
I-Z – gallon zip lock plastic bags
1 LARGE backpack (at least 9”x12”) to be sent to school daily.
Please write your child’s name on the backpack and on coats.
