Graduation Ticket Distribution:  May 20, 7 pm

There will be a meeting for all graduating seniors and their parents on Tuesday, May 20that 7:00 pm in the gym.  Each senior will receive 5 tickets.  Requests for additional tickets will be taken from May 1st through May 21st. No additional ticket requests will be taken after Wednesday, May 21st. Please call the Activities Office at 412-4870 or e-mail Valerie Parret at vparret@nthurston.k12.wa.us

 

All student fines and fees must be paid to receive tickets.  You can view any fines or fees your child may have at: https://touchbase.nthurston.k12.wa.us/

Tickets will be held for those students on the fine’s list until their fine is cleared.

Seniors, email your photo (.jpg) to Mr. Bus:  jbush@nthurston.k12.wa.us or provide a wallet sized photo to him in room 220.

If you’ve already placed your graduation order for your senior you can stop reading after this paragraph.  Delivery will be made in either March or April and you will be notified of the exact date and time prior to our visit.  Thank you for placing your order!

If you have not placed your graduation order we want you to know it’s not too late and now’s the perfect time to do so.  Go to our website (www.grad-auto.com), click on graduation orders and place your order.

Please note:   If you are borrowing / using a cap and gown from a previous student you will still need to order the class medallion and a tassel for the graduation ceremony.

Graduates must enter wearing their cap and gown thrugh the Worthington Center and not the main doors.
All guests, that will occupy a seat including small children MUST have a ticket to enter.  This is due to fire codes and maximum occupancy.
The doors will open at 6:00 p.m.
Handicapped seating is on the main floor.  We ask that a maximum of 2 guests sit with the individuals to ensure there is sufficient room for all that may need handicapped seating.
Everyone is expected to carry themselves with appropriate decorum -- no beach balls, silly string, confetti, etc.
Guests are not allowed to approach the stage for photos or with flowers, gifts, etc.
