2.     Goal Setting Conference

In a face to face meeting, both the principal and the principal evaluator will consult the work done in the principal self assessment to collaboratively agree on and develop two specific goals the principal will focus on for the school year.  These goals will be recorded on the Collaborative Goal Setting Worksheet.
