  • Student wins national dance title

    Kennedy Griffin, 3rd grader at Seven Oaks, was selected as Icon of the year at Hollywood Connection's Regional Dance Convention in Tacoma. The Icon is chosen based on techinque, sportsmanship and showmanship. Kennedy went to the National Convention in Anaheim, CA to compete against dancers from all over the country and won the National Icon Title for 7-8 year olds. She won a cash prize, and will go back to Anaheim next summer to defend her title.
