  • NTHS Recognized in US News & World Report

    North Thurston High School received recognition in the U.S. News and World Report Annual Survey of High Schools – NTHS ranked #50 in Washington and was awarded a silver medal. On the college readiness index NTHS scored 24.9, which is based on AP exam participation rates and percentages of students passing at least one exam.

  • NTHS has Two First Places at State Music Contest

    Congratulations to Josh Birck, Eli Moffatt and Hannah Wells for their superior performances at the state solo and ensemble contest on Saturday April 30th. All three performers earned the highest rating possible. Eli Moffatt had the highest scoring snare drum solo of the day, earning first in state, and Josh Birck was the number one alto saxophone soloist for the second year in a row.

  • Seniors – Upcoming Important Dates and Information

    If you have not yet ordered and paid for cap and gown – please do so immediately ! If you ordered and paid in full for cap and gown but were not able to pick up one of the three days we have handed them out please pick them up this Wednesday May 4th– 7:00 am – 7:30am If interested in trying out for graduation speaker or performer – please sign up on ASB window by Friday May 6th Marching practice is May 17th first period – in the SKA – please have all fines and fees paid – 8 tickets will be handed out per graduating senior Marching practice June 14th 8:30am, St. Martins Marcus Pavillion – remember all graduating seniors that will be participating in commencement ceremonies must be there/ on time and plan on about 2½ hours for this practic
