To graduate from River Ridge High School, Students must:
  • Meet Standard on State required tests. (See the OSPI Graduation Requirement resource.)
  • Complete a High School and Beyond Plan during Advisory in the senior year
  • Complete a Culminating Project during Advisory in the senior year
  • Complete 22 credits of coursework in the areas listed below. (Transfer credits may vary.  Please see your counselor.)

 
Social Studies: 3.0 credits
 

U. S. History (1.0 credit)
World Studies I - II – III (1.0 credit)
Government (.5 credit)
Pacific Northwest History (PNW) or course completion in 7th or 8th grade (.5 credit)

 
English: 3.0 credits

Health/Fitness: 2.0 credits
 

Must include at least .5 credit of PE and at least .5 credit of one of the following courses: Health or Wellness Survey

 
Arts: 1.0 credit Visual or Performing

Math: 3.0 credits
 

Algebra 1 - Must pass End of Course (EOC) Exam
Geometry - Must pass End of Course (EOC) Exam
1 additional math credit

 
Science: 2.0 credits

Occupational Education: 1.0 credit
